A collab too strange to be true

April Fool's Day always follows the same script: brands tell big lies and then reveal the truth. But we decided to flip the script. We launched something so nonsense it seemed like a prank—but it wasn't: Carmed BK, the lip balm with a flame-grilled flavor.

We launched the campaign on April 1st with a video of Carmed's CEO presenting the product in an ironic tone, leaving everyone wondering—was it real or just a prank? The only way to find out was by heading to BK.

And guess what? People actually showed up and spread the word fast.

The campaign reached a total of 18.5M impressions

The participating BKs were crowded, and our Carmed BK stock ran out in just one day.
